We encourage you to read it carefully because you may find answers on most of your questions.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies (usually 2-3 business days). For details, see individual items.
You'll be getting shipment status notifications as soon as your order is shipped.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
United States: 5-7 business days (standard) / 2-3 business days (express)
Canada: 8-14 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days
Everywhere else: 10-22 business days
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Architeg Prints keeps your payment information secure and never receives your credit card information. Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe so you’re eligible for the customer protection feature, ensure that your payment is safe & secure and the order has met your expectations.

- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

ReprintsWe strive for 5-star service and do our best to ensure you will get high quality product within a shipping deadlines.
But in case your order was damaged, lost in transit or you're not satisfied with the quality, we're pleased to offer either reprint free of charge or full refund.

Please note that Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How soon will I get my refund?Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
My order hasn't arrived yet:Please note that all posters are shipped with tracking id, so you could always check the status and location of your package.
If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (rest of world) please check with your local post office or with front desk in your appartments, as they may well be holding it for you - even if you didn't receive a delivery notice. If it is not there, we will be happy to send you a free replacement or issue a refund at this point.
If you experince difficulties picking up your order from the transportation company we're also happy to help by contacting them and investigate from our side.
Please note that if orders are returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'undeliverable', or an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. We will be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details).
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 15% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
Sizing details:If you require a size that is not listed, please contact us, as we can usually accommodate custom size requests.
Care instructions:If the poster does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth.
Gift wrapping and packaging:Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters and up to 3 pieces per tube for large size posters.
Unfortunatelly, we can't offer a gift wrap right now, but we're working to add this option in the nearest time.
